Old Town celebrates Christmas in style | Arts & Culture
If you have yet to get into the Christmas spirit, a fun event later this week will have you ready for the holidays.
Old Town's Christmas celebration kicks off at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7 with a community dinner at the First United Methodist Church.
Once you get your fill, stop by Moore City Hall and enjoy the Community Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Visitors will be able to take part in a few events, including the Moore Fire Department's Santa Express Toy Drive at Moore Community Center.
The toy drive will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Then head to the Moore Public Library for the holiday gala and gingerbread house contest from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After enjoying all those activities, snuggle up with the one you love for a romantic carriage ride through Old Town from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Admission is free and open to the public for most items.
