Moore War Run to help fund scholarships | Community Spirit

Racers should get their running shoes ready for the second annual Moore War Run.The 5K run winds through downtown Moore and benefits scholarship funds at both high schools. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate. Registration the day of the race begins at 6:30 a.m. with the race starting at 7:30 a.m. on August 28, 2010 at Moore High School.

Officials say last year's race involved more than 300 runners. Registration is $27 now through Friday, August 27, 2010 at 12 p.m. which includes a T-shirt. For more information on the run, or to register, visit the Moore War Run website.
